FNWF

well I had a few things on my to do list for Friday night..well that was my plan and I did manage to get some stitching done but not quite as much as I had hoped..tired eyes maybe from a busy week and also maybe from a few late nights watching some of the action on the Commonwealth Games saw me choose to do something that was not as hard on my eyes..a little knitting on another tea cosy, and some running stitch around the outside of some little stitcheries for Christmas...

It was back to school this afternoon for 'open day'..it's the time of the year when enrolments are lodged for next year's intake... opening for a few hours on a Sunday afternoon gives  parents and children the opportunity to come and look around the school ...and students from this year's Year 7 and 13 (Australian equivalent would be Year 6 and 12)  took groups on guided tours.

I was reading Fiona's blog and saw that she had made Lemon Delicious pudding and there was the link for the recipe ..took me back as well to the times when we used to make it ..so that was what we had tonight...yum, we enjoyed every mouthful

  3. Desert delicious!! Is it similar to the Edmond's Lemon Cheese desert? ( no cheese in it at all), and super stitcheries, Cheers, Jean . p.s. guess you might have a cold southerly down there this morning.
