Problem sorted and I am so happy...

in fact I am over the moon...I got the nicest email today from the magazine...The problem I had blogged about (re the magazine subscription) has now been sorted and I am just so happy and blown away by the generous way in which it has now been resolved,  ( so I have deleted that entry)
